Wholesale Licenses Under the German Medicines Act (AMG) and EU Law

We hold a license to engage in the wholesale distribution of medicinal products pursuant to Section 52a(1) of the German Medicines Act (AMG), as well as a distribution license for the wholesale distribution of veterinary medicinal products pursuant to Article 99 of Regulation (EU) 2019/6.

Shipping volume: approximately 8,000 packages and 50 pallets
In addition to receiving and storing the delivered items in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations, the facility processes various types of domestic and international customer orders, e.g., from pharmaceutical wholesalers, mail-order companies, pharmacies, and healthcare providers, as well as from Amazon or the supplier’s own online store. In addition to order processing, the scope of services may also include the complete handling of payment management, the shipment of promotional materials and samples, the processing of returns and complaints, as well as administrative tasks.

Processing of wholesale and mail-order orders in Germany

High shipping volumes throughout Germany for both packages and pallets
Warehousing and shipping of a range of approximately 50 different dietary supplement products. Order processing is carried out based on the order documents provided. We also reliably handle returns and complaints, as well as the corresponding documentation and the conduct of regular inventory counts. Ongoing and excellent communication is a key pillar of our collaboration.

Storage and Shipping of Semi-Finished Products in the Wound Care Sector

Shipping volume: approx. 100 pallets For our client, we handle both the storage of various products and the receipt and shipment of goods. In addition, we conduct regular inventory counts to determine stock levels.
